Guangdong Sihui Instrument Transformer Works Co., Ltd., established in 1988, transitioned from a state-owned enterprise to a private enterprise in 2003. Its main business includes low, medium, and high voltage instrument transformers, ultra-high voltage and extra-high voltage instrument transformers, dry-type transformers, and insulation accessories. Products are integrated into the national "Belt and Road" initiative and exported to over 50 countries worldwide. It is a national high-tech enterprise, one of the first and sixth batches of national specialized and innovative "little giant" enterprises, and was included in the national key specialized and innovative "little giant" list in 2021. In 2013, it won the Guangdong Provincial Government Quality Award. Its products have been used at the Jiuquan Satellite Launch Center and the Wenchang Space Launch Site in Hainan, contributing to the successful spaceflights of Shenzhou 1-15 and Tiangong 1 and 2.  

The company possesses over 300 sets of domestically leading equipment, including over 80 sets of digital equipment and facilities. Equipped with advanced domestic production lines, it promotes deep integration of informatization and industrialization, achieving transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry through modularization of work types, automation of production, streamlined processes, and digitalization of management.  

The company has built a 1000 kV ultra-high voltage test laboratory, which has passed the national CNAS accreditation and is currently the highest voltage level laboratory in southern China.  

The company currently holds over 170 national authorized patents, including 28 invention patents. Annual R&D expenditure accounts for more than 6% of sales revenue, and it boasts a high-level innovation team with an international perspective and strong innovative capabilities. 23 of its product technologies have reached the leading level in China.  

The company was among the first in the domestic industry to pass quality/environment/occupational health and safety management system certifications. It has also passed "Energy Management System Certification," "Green Electricity Certification," "Green Factory Certification," "Green Supply Chain Management System Certification," and "Intelligent Manufacturing Management System Certification."
